Our 45-foot containerized pilot system, Torrent3, currently processes up to 144,000 gallons of wastewater per day in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Phase 1 of the treatment begins with automated cloth media filtration, which treats raw wastewater directly from the sewer. The filtered water then passes through our real-time water quality sensor, optimizing ozone dosing for maximum efficiency.


In Phase 2, the advanced ozone oxidation process is employed, repeating three times to ensure thorough contaminant removal. The entire treatment cycle takes under 25 minutes.


Managed by our automated control center, the system monitors flow, maintains tank levels, and provides real-time key metrics—all accessible with the push of a button. The system operates with two primary inputs: ozone, generated on-site, and energy.


This pilot system showcases the effectiveness of our technology for both municipal and industrial applications. Larger-scale installations can be commissioned to meet EPA permit requirements, helping ensure cleaner water and a more sustainable future.
